Warranty & Returns

Items purchased from us can be returned for refund or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for the return postage.

Items must be unused, in a resalable condition with all the original packaging in good condition.

Handbuilt wheels and "built to order" wheels from specialist manufacturers such as Carbon-Ti will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Please use a suitable postal service for returned items, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are not delivered.

Items returned under manufacturers warranty are to be returned to us and we will deal with the manufacturer (unless a direct return to the manufacturer has been arranged).

If a crash damage service is provided by the manufacturer we can liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf if required.
